Start with the service that matches your situation: an aging roof, an active leak, storm damage, gutters that overflow, or a skylight that needs repair. If the project also needs exterior or interior contracting work, Azocar can price that separately.

Reviews

What Delaware homeowners say after the job's done.

Roof Leak Repair · Newark, DE

Three other guys looked at my leak and couldn't find it. Azocar found it on the first visit and fixed it the same afternoon. My driveway was cleaner when they left than when they showed up.

Roof Leak Fix · Middletown, DE

Had a leak that just wouldn't go away. Called a few guys before, but this was the only crew that actually fixed it right. Showed up on time, worked fast, cleaned up everything.

Our deck was falling apart in a few spots. They repaired it fast and left the yard clean every day. Deck looks great and feels safe again.

I had no idea where to start with my kitchen. They handled everything from plumbing to cabinets. Honestly the place was cleaner after they left than before they started.

How it goes

A clear job from first look to final cleanup.

The point is not to make the estimate feel complicated. It is to make the condition, scope, timing, cleanup, and close-out clear before work starts.

Common questions

Before you call.

How do I know if I need a new roof or just a repair?

A free inspection is the starting point. We look at the shingles, flashing, roof penetrations, decking where visible, and any leak path. If the roof can be repaired, the estimate will say that. If replacement is the better option, the estimate will explain why.

What does a roof replacement actually cost in Delaware?

For a standard single-family home (1,800 to 2,500 sq ft, asphalt shingle), most Delaware roofs land between $9,000 and $18,000. That range moves with roof pitch, how many old layers need to come off, and the condition of the decking underneath. We send you a written line-item quote. Never a verbal estimate that grows.

My roof is leaking right now. What do I do tonight?

Get a bucket under it. Then call us at (302) 332-2269. If it's after hours, leave a voicemail with your address and what you're seeing. The line gets checked through the evening. We can usually tarp an active leak within 24 hours, often same day in New Castle County.

How do you handle insurance claims?

We inspect the roof, photograph the damage, write down the affected areas, and give you documentation you can compare against the insurance scope. If an adjuster visit is needed, we can coordinate timing when scheduling allows.

What if I get a cheaper quote from someone else?

Compare the scope line by line: tear-off, underlayment, flashing, ventilation, decking terms, cleanup, and warranty paperwork. The cheapest number is not always the same job. We are happy to explain what is included in our estimate.

Will my driveway be a wreck when you leave?

No. Tarps go down on the lawn and over the bushes before we start. Debris gets hauled out daily, not stacked. The very last thing we do at close-out is run a magnetic sweeper across the driveway and walkways for fallen nails. If you find one of ours after we leave, call us. We want to know.

Ceiling stain?
Missing shingles after the last storm?

Stop staring at it. We'll come out, photograph every slope, and email you a PDF report within 24 hours. If you don't need work, that goes in writing too.
